Jelena is a passionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals discover their inner strengths and achieve lasting happiness. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree from New York University. Jelena has held various positions within the mental health field throughout her career in hospital and private settings. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults by helping them gain a sense of stability.

Jelena has a deep commitment to supporting clients through difficult life transitions and helping them develop coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. Jelena’s therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic principles. She believes in tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions.
